MARTEAU Belle Époque is made exactly as those of the very best absinthe houses of the 19th century. The traditional anise flavor, supported by robust wormwood, is delicately balanced with other botanicals resulting in a mature and seductive flavor.
MARTEAU is sublime when served traditionally—tempered with three to five parts water—but also performs exceptionally well in cocktails and mixed drinks.
